Vi er stolte av å presentere årets nyhet – kjøkkenkniver SUNCRAFT !
Fra og med 2019 er Originalekniver.no AS en OFFISIELL DISTRIBUTØR av SUNCRAFT i Norge.
Suncraft er en velkjent kniv produsent i Seki, Japan og har i over at halvt århundre drevet med produksjon av kvalitets kjøkkenkniver som brukes av kokker verden over. Produksjonsprosessen er perfeksjonert over flere tiår av deres dyktige håndverkere og spesialister. Den inneholder 30 forskjellige steg og teknikker – fra start til slutt.
Suncraft porteføljen inneholder det meste en kokk kan trenge, være det proff eller amatør.

Siste kreasjon fra SUNCRAFT.
Det siste knivdesign konseptet fra Suncraft er en fusjon mellom øst og vest.
Vestlig knivform og østlig Japansk håndverk og design.
33 lag med Damascus stål laget i Japan med SG2 pulverstål i kjerner. SG2 er enda hardere enn VG-10 stål som tradisjonelt sett brukes i kniver fra SUNCRAFT. Offisielt registeret med en hardhet på HRC 63 for uovertruffen holdbarhet. Alt dette bidrar til at knivene dine holder seg skarpe lenger.
Tradisjonell Japansk “Kiritsuke” tip som gjør filletering av kjøtt og fisk enkelt.
“Homun” bølgen på kniv egget slik på tradisjonelle Japanske Samurai-sverd.
“Hondubake” – tradisjonell knivsliping teknikk fra Japan sørger for Samurai-sverd verdig skarphet på knivene.
Håndtak i valnøtt-farget pakka. Ingen nagler eller klinke på håndtaket for behagelig grep og sofistikert design.
